Thanks for your patience during our recent outage at scalar.usc.edu. While Scalar content is loading normally now, saving is still slow, and Scalar's 'additional metadata' features have been disabled, which may interfere with features like timelines and maps that depend on metadata. This also means that saving a page or media item will remove its additional metadata. If this occurs, you can use the 'All versions' link at the bottom of the page to restore the earlier version. We are continuing to troubleshoot, and will provide further updates as needed. Note that this only affects Scalar projects at scalar.usc.edu, and not those hosted elsewhere.

Recommended/Optional: Playing Columbine (2008), by Danny Ledonne (Please note that I am not linking to the actual film, which is not free. Unfortunately, McHenry Library does not have it. I will make every attempt to make the file somehow available to you, but I also encourage you to be resourceful ;)
Collaborative Activist Game. Please note that you need to present the work in class as well as submit the work to the Professor. It is up to you how precisely you choose to do this, but one firm requirement is that you include it in Scalar and that you do so in a thorough and polished way.
Recommended/Optional: Consider submitting your activist game to the Center for Creative Activism's database Actipedia: an open-access, community-generated wiki to document, share, and inspire Creative Activism.
