White cream:
Dissolve two thirds on steam, remove from heat and add the remaining third and stir well everything together in order to cool the whole amount of chocolate.
Arranging the cake:
Set the first crust on dessert tray. Smear it with half of the cherry cream, and over the cherry cream add white cream.
Repeat the same procedure with the remaining crust and filling.

Cherry Cookies
Time for preparation: 25 minutes
Time for cooking: 15 minutes
Total time: 55 minutes
Ingredients:
- 150 g dark chocolate for cooking
- 170 g butter
- 130 g sugar
- eggs
- 200 g flour
- teaspoons baking powder
- teaspoon cocoa powder
- tablespoons cherry juice
- 200 g cherries
- Butter cream
- egg whites
- 400 g powdered sugar
- 150 g butter
- tablespoon chocolate cream
- package vanilla sugar
- teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In the silicone bowl, suitable for microwave oven, place the chocolate, butter and sugar. Set the microwave oven for 20 seconds and in this way melt the chocolate, butter and sugar. If you use an ordinary bowl, melt the chocolate, butter and sugar on steam. Add the eggs in this mixture and beat until all ingredients are well incorporated into one homogenous mixture.
- In separate mixing bowl stir the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Add this mixture to the mixture of chocolate, butter and sugar. At the end add the cherry juice. Stir until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a 14-cup deep muffin tray with paper muffin cases.
- Add half of the mixture in the muffin cases, in the rest half of the mixture add the cherries and add this mixture in the half-full muffin cases.
- Bake the muffins in for about 15 minutes. Take them out of the oven and leave on rack to cool before decorating them with butter cream.
- Mix the egg whites with 200 g sugar powder and cook on steam. When the sugar melts add the remaining sugar and continue beating for at least couple of minutes. Add the softened butter and vanilla.
- In half of the amount of the cream add chocolate cream and mix well. If you think that the mixture is soft set it aside on cool place to harden for a while.
- Decorate the muffins with the prepared cream.
- Enjoy!
