Take a minute to stop and smell the wines
The history of wine is big, going back to the time of Jesus and the text. As the world changes, you get the different flavors,the different process, the different bottling, and the pairing of wines to dinner. The history is so big that it would take more years to complete.
When you look at it, you are walking through to much to get into your mind. This is, but, a small sample of it.
