GeyserVille, California
In Geyserville, there was a change from bulk to premium bottle wine. The Pedroncelli brother, a mile wet of Geyserville, was the first one to do this. They won medals for their wines and enter into the state fair in California. Three more wineries started in this area:
- Leo Trentadue: East of Highway 101; begun bottle table wines with labels that had numbers on them. The number was "32"(1).
- David Stare: On a hilltop ovelooking the Dry Creek Vally five miles northwest of Healdsburg.
- He had wine-making experiences and was a graduate from the University of California.
- Keith Nelson: On a hiltop northwest of Geyserville.
- He built a winery named Vina Vista. It was named from its view of the Russian River Valley.
- Before Prohibition, this is the site of the Trusendi Winery (2).
