Step 1
Download a Proposed Course Plan form and complete it to the best of your ability, either on your own or in consultation with your advisors. You will ultimately need both advisors' signatures on this form.
Step 2
After completing the form, first meet with your undergraduate advisor who will review and sign to confirm approval. Next, take the form to your graduate advisor who will review and sign to confirm approval.
Step 3
Once both advisors have approved, the Proposed Course Plan form should go back to the undergraduate advisor, who will upload it to your myViterbi application.
