Healthy Eating

By me being a diabetic, I stopped eating a lot of red meat and porks and stuff, so now it's the fish and chicken and turkey meat for me. Also, I make sure I have my greens, my cabbage, lettuce, you know, tomatoes. It's a healthier diet. And when you cut down on a lot of the red meats that you're eating, which would be healthier for you, you also notice a change in your system.
