Spectacles of Agency and Desire: Dance Histories and the Burlesque Stage

Katie Greer

Katie Greer is a senior at the Ohio State University receiving her BFA in Dance and a minor in Arts Entrepreneurship. While at OSU, she has trained in ballet and contemporary as well as taken courses in Dance History, Dance Film, and Dance Education to name a few. Last summer she worked at Dance Place, a non profit dance theater and school in Washington DC, as the Assistant Camp Director. She is currently doing historical research with Dr. Harmony Bench on her Anna Pavlova and the Ballet Russes Touring Mapping Project and will be graduating in Spring of 2016.
