Tail-edge:

Tanning:
Tanning is the process of producing leather by soaking animal skin in tannin, an acidic substance made from tree bark, gallnuts, or a similar plant source. Tanning gives the leather a red-brown coloration.
 
Text block:
The word textblock describes all the leaves in a book on which text is written.
 
Theology:
The study of God, religion, and religious beliefs
 
Tooling:
Tooling is the decoration of leather with the aid of metal hand tools and stamps. On bindings, the tools were used to impress designs into the leather covering, which was often dampened. Gold tooling became popular in the fifteenth century. 
 
Tracery:
A decorative branching pattern.
 
Trigon:
A shape with three angles; a triangle.
 
Turn-in:
The folded interior edges of a cover that are secured to the board.
