Dimensions:
When measuring manuscripts, the height is given first, then the width. Manuscripts were often trimmed at some point in their history, as a result, it is useful to give the dimensions of the written space - the text block - as well. Dimensions are usually given in millimeters.

Divine Office:
Daily devotions for meditation and prayer performed by members of religious orders and the clergy at regular intervals. Initially, each office consisted of the recitation of Psalms and lessons from Scripture. In the fourth century, hymns and antiphons were added.

Donor:
A person who donates  and sometimes commissions a work.

Drypoint:

Page ruling that was achieved by pressing into the pages with a knife or sharp metal instrument.
