Jonathan Steinwand teaches literary studies at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. His research focuses on postcolonial ecocriticism and environmental justice in literature, literary studies, and critical pedagogy. He holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature with a specialization in theory from Binghamton University in New York.  

Casey Max studies English Literature at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She has presented research at both ACTC Women's and Gender Studies Conference and Concordia College Celebration of Student Scholarship. She currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota and has a passion for reading and writing. 

Ashley Oberg is a student studying English Education at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. After graduating she plans on teaching English in a Middle school. She enjoys free writing and reading a good book.

​Kaitlyn Alme is a student at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota studying Nutrition/ Dietetics, English, and Psychology. While not writing or in school, she is either working at Sanford Hospital or at the coffee shop Moxie Java in her hometown of Fargo, North Dakota. She hopes to become a registered dietitian after graduation who works to combine nutrition and mental health in order to promote overall wellness.

Sarah Osborne is a student at Concordia College majoring in English Writing and Communication Studies.

Taylor Elton is a student studying at Concordia College, majoring in English Literature and minoring in Business Management. She will be presenting research within the English field at Concordia College's Celebration of Student Scholarship in 2016. She currently resides in Moorhead, Minnesota and hopes to go forward toward a Master's in Library Science after graduation from Concordia. 

Emma Klitzke is a student at Concordia College, majoring in English Education.



Rachel Giesen is studying English Literature at Concordia College Originally from Champlin, Minnesota, she likes reading fiction, listening to music, and thinking about dogs.
