To choose the list for a particular type of content (Pages, Media, Paths, Tags, Annotations, Comments, and Terms) from the dropdown menu and click “Filter results.”
Editing Content
To edit the title and description for a specific content element, roll over its row and click the "Edit row" button. Click the “Save row” button when done editing.
Visible. Whether the content is currently "live" (visible to users who are not logged in or logged in with Reader privileges). The eye icon indicates that it is live; a greyed-out eye icon with a slash through it indicates that it is not live. To edit the content in full, click the hyperlinked title of the content under “Title”--this will open the page for that item.
Deleting Content
To permanently delete one or more content elements, highlight the row(s) for the content and click the "Delete selected" button at the bottom of the page. To delete all content of a particular type, click “Select all” and then “Delete selected.”
Creating Content
Add new page. To create a new page, click “Add new page” at the bottom of the page.
Import media. To import or upload media, select from the “Import media” drop down menu at the bottom of the page. From there, select to import from an “Affiliated” or “Other” archive, from a URL, or to upload from local storage.
