Sir Archibald Sinclair
Archibald Henry Macdonald Sinclair (1890-1970)
The British Liberal Party leader from 1935-1945 and elected Secretary of State for Air in 1940 for the duration of the War. While not technically granted a place on Churchill's war council, he is nonetheless involved in close cooperation with the Royal Air Force and with Churchill himself.
