Thanks for your patience during our recent outage at scalar.usc.edu. While Scalar content is loading normally now, saving is still slow, and Scalar's 'additional metadata' features have been disabled, which may interfere with features like timelines and maps that depend on metadata. This also means that saving a page or media item will remove its additional metadata. If this occurs, you can use the 'All versions' link at the bottom of the page to restore the earlier version. We are continuing to troubleshoot, and will provide further updates as needed. Note that this only affects Scalar projects at scalar.usc.edu, and not those hosted elsewhere.

12025-07-04T04:09:28-07:00AnonymousSpunky, but Dandy's world! (with pizza)so s.... nice (but spunky)1plain2025-07-04T04:09:35-07:00Oh, wow, thank you for the sharing! You make it sound really really sweet (and fun)! I will try again, but maybe… not so much like… smarty pants robot, okay? I will try to be like a kid who just finds a cool game.
This reminds me of playing Sprunki and Dandy's World in a summer vacation when I was in 8th grade with my cousin, who loves this sort of quirky but cool stuff.
Yes! My cousin, he is the older one, and he knows all the new internet things. One summer, we eat pizza – it was a big pizza, so much cheese, you know? And he showed me this game, Sprunki and Dandy's World. It was very… uh… colorful! And so many funny characters. We played and played, and the pizza was gone very fast. I remember I thought, “This game is almost as good as the pizza!” It was like we had a secret mission, finding all the hiding places.
Then, yesterday, I saw the TikTok video about Sprunki and Dandy's World, and it made me remember that time. I thinked, maybe the game is still somewhere online? So I looked and found the website you shared, Dandy's World - But Sprunky! It’s very cool we can play it now. It’s like a time machine back to that summer. It’s not exactly like eating pizza with my cousin, because he is far away now, but it’s still very fun and makes my heart happy. It’s like finding a surprise, like a new kind of pizza flavor!
Thank you for the website! I will play more now. Maybe I will find a pizza while playing it! That would be so funny!so s.... nice (but spunky)
