That sounds like a fun and simple ice cream recipe! While I appreciate the ingenuity, I do wonder about the potential for leaks using Ziploc bags, especially with kids involved. Wouldn't a small, reusable ice cream maker be a safer and perhaps more sustainable alternative in the long run? Just thinking of the mess and potential waste… bad parenting if they spill it!
