Maltego Carbon has a user-friendly graphical user interface, with commonly recognizable navigation (through a horizontal ribbon), a “transforms” palette to the left, a graph pane in the middle, and details to the right.  Any of the window elements are able to be toggled (on or off, visible or invisible through the View tab in the ribbon); any of the window elements are dockable or un-dockable (“floating”) through right clicking on each window element at the top horizontal bar for each element.  

The visualization below provides a more granular sense of where particular functions may be accessed.
