Jack Stack Barbecue
Jack Stack Barbecue has a similar store to Gates Barbecue because both businesses have been around since the middle of the twentieth century. Jack Stack begun with the owner, Russ Fiorella in Kansas City in 1957.Jack Stack has been a traditional storefront barbecue of select items. Jack was the eldest son of and worked with with his father in Kansas City. In the 1974, Jack decided to break away from his dad and begin his own business and name it Fiorella's Jack Stack.
In the mid 1970's Jack and his wife shared the same passion in making good home barbecue cooking. Jack and his wife, Delores, begun cooking meats over hickory wood and creating the most extensive barbecue menu around the world. The menu itself included Angus Beef Steaks, Fresh seafood, lamb ribs, and hickory pit beans and cheesy corn bread. Today, Jack Stack Barbecue is operated by the third generation of the Fiorella family. Jack Stack operated a catering company that serves events across the country celebration weddings, sporting events and, graduations.
