This signature must be unique because of the previous owner. Charlie and Arthur wanted to represent the 'Father of Barbecue' with class and make him proud. Currently, Arthur Bryant's is known for their legendary King of Ribs followed by their signature sauce. Their signature sauces was first made at the business when Mr. Perry was around in the 1930's. Their sauce is known today by previous Presidents Harry Truman, Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama. With public figures, such as these former Presidents, the word of mouth traveled through the world about their sauce. An illustrated cartoon below exemplifies the signature sauce at Arthur Bryant's.
