However, according to the bakers at Zomick’s, when it comes down to making bread, we shouldn’t stray too far from its basics. After all it should only have four ingredients; flour, water, yeast and salt. Factory-made loaf can’t replicate the wonderful crust and a beautiful texture of homemade bread.
