USC Digital Voltaire

Carolyn Levi

Carolyn Levi is a third-year undergraduate student pursuing dual degrees in Environmental Studies and Business Administration at the University of Southern California (USC). Carolyn has studied French from a young age, and her participation in the Voltaire Project has allowed her to indulge her love of French history and culture while pursuing studies in different fields.

Carolyn began her involvement with the Voltaire Project while taking a French literature course at USC under the guidance of Professor Natania Meeker, electing to write annotations for one of Voltaire’s letters as her final project. Eager to contribute more, Carolyn continued her research into the summer, becoming a recipient of the USC Provost’s Undergrad Research Fellowship and member of the 2018 Summer USC Undergraduate Research Associates Program (URAP).
