The building was bought by Romanian Seventh-Day Adventists who transformed it into a church once again. You can still see the building today at 26271 Mayberry St. in Loma Linda.
Students were taught at Mission School for many years until it became too crowded. In 1993 they built the school you go to today. When the city was deciding what to name the new school Fred Ramos suggested they name it Bryn Mawr Elementary after the Bryn Mawr area. Fred Ramos has lived in Bryn Mawr since 1939 and is known as the "unofficial mayor of Bryn Mawr." Mr. Ramos convinced Hank Mercado, the president of the school board, to name the school Bryn Mawr Elementary School. It is important that as Bryn Mawr Blue Jays we know the history of our school and our town. Today we continue to celebrate the diversity that Rey, Cruz, and Davis fought for. Bryn Mawr Elementary School is the most diverse school in the Redlands School District.
