His research focuses on comparative, twenty-first century American ethnic literatures in conversation with performance studies, gender studies, and LGBTQ studies. Teaching as an Assistant Lecturer through the Writing Program this semester has been one of his greatest joys as we continue to shelter-in-place "together apart." And coffee. Lots of coffee.
