Harris2c76f88c9129ca83bd2527cf3ebf553d234db255Unlike the London-published British literary annuals, The Bengal Annual for 1830 does not include an engraver or drawer/artist underneath each engraving. Editor, David L. Richardson, notes in the Preface to this volume that he had to resort to using local "amateurs" for the engravings and doesn't identify if they are woodcut or steel plate engravings.
