Is there a clash between management needs and the architecture review board?

Does the data representation fall within the scope of activities of the organization creating them?

Does the data representation fall within the scope of a core or tertiary activity of the organization creating them?

Which audience will be exposed to which narrative inherent to the data representation (i.e. version control)?

Does the data representation violate any practices of the architecture review board?
