It is lot 1633 of the auction to which the aforementioned catalog belongs, "Chronichi di Pisa, Manuscript. Prefixed by, Historia Vera Comitis Ugolini, Manuscript." According to the information available in the Schoenberg Database of Manuscripts, the manuscript was sold at that auction on November 17, 1835. On one of the end paper leaves of the manuscript, there is a handwritten note that says it was "Purchased 1836." The manuscript eventually made its way into the possession of the British Library, whether or not this happened at the auction in 1835 is unknown.
