RDM | Step 1 | Receiving material at the facility. Antonio describes his work receiving shipments once they arrive at the RDM warehouse. Part of his work involves sorting for type and quality of the materials and equipment received in each shipment. He delivers it to where dismantling by other workers will commence.

Antonio describes his role in initial assessment of the quality of shipments received at RDM. Among the attributes he sorts for are consistency of materials which amounts to making sure materials of different qualities are not mixed together. He also pays attention to types and brands of equipment, again making sure that equipment of too widely varying quality is not mixed together.

Antonio briefly describes receiving training at the Vermont facility to learn to sort materials and equipment for quality and for different potentially different values.
