Sound artist and artistic researcher Eduardo Abrantes will together with Cecilia Sahlgren, professor in Cell Biology at Åbo Akademi University and part-time Associate Professor at the TU/e department of Biomechanical Engineering in Eindhoven, NE, explore the historical and practice-based intersection of music and healing from its early focus on harmony as health – how a healthy body is like a tuned and resonant instrument or a pleasant melody - to cutting edge research on the interaction between cells. Partners will meet in October 2023, during Culture Night at the Medical Museion in Copenhagen.
