     To sum things up, it is quite clear that the fetishization of Latinx individuals has been inflamed and intensified by modern day manifestations of social media such as memes and Twitter posts and have been maintained by bigger picture modern-day media outlets, especially the entertainment monolith known as Hollywood. By deeply delving into this topic of discussion I hope I have brought greater and more pertinent awareness to a systemic issue that has only become more unmanageable and widespread with the advent and introduction of a more globalized society.
