Will the time invested by teachers, students, and possibly family members result in a more efficient use of time in the future? Learning how to use new technology and teaching others how to use new technology requires a significant investment of time. Is necessary to weigh the time required for startup with the learning outcomes and potential for time to be saved later. 
As a teacher, I realize how precious instructional time its and I won't waste time using technology in class just for the sake of using technology. However, technology that improves the learning process should not be discounted.
