Thirty-three papers and abstracts have been collected for the Proceedings of the ELO 2013 Conference. They are presented in alphabetical order by last name of the author, or in the case of multiple authors, by the last name of the first author. Papers published in journals or books are included by permission and those that appear as abstracts are noted as such. Figures and images are included where possible.
