Leonid Utesov

Leonid Utesov (1895–1982) was a Soviet actor and singer. He performed in cabaret theaters in Kremenchug, Kherson, and Odessa. He played a decisive role in the introduction, preservation, and development of jazz in the USSR. ​​​​​​
