Fleck Archives mandate which states that "the archives may establish special research collections that complement library resources and that serve the needs of Banff Centre programs", three donations have been added to the collection including the Association of Canadian Women Composers (ACWC) fonds, the Ann Southam fonds and the Ina Dennekamp fonds. With the exception of Ann Southam, who spent five summers at the Banff School of Fine Arts, there are limited connections between Banff Centre and these collections. However, the insight these information resources provide into the Canadian music landscape make them an excellent addition to the library and archive collection as a whole. Within these fonds you will find scores, newspaper clippings, CDs, recordings of interviews with composers, research notes, meeting minutes, press releases and much more.
