4. The WCTU and Lynching, 1893

The resolution the WCTU passed in 1893 condemning lynching. While this resolution assumes that some victims might have committed crimes, it identifies and specifically condemns lynching.

This needs a new photo zooming in on the resolution itself. Note that this came from microfilm (roll 4), because the relevant pages are missing from the FW Archives's copy of the convention minutes from 1893.
