Sean Hogan came to Duquesne University in 1975 on sabbatical after falling ill during a mission trip to Kenya. Though he originally planned to stay for only a year, Father Hogan went on to serve as Executive Vice President for Student Life for more than 28 years. He is now the President of the Duquesne University Scholarship Association. Fr. Hogan was good friends with Fr. McAnulty and remains close with Patrick and Rita Joyce.
