Of course you know you clean them, you wash them and then but while you're doing that you get the meat boiling. You season them in meat and what I season them in mine with is turkey tails and smoked turkey wings or legs. And while that is boiling, you know I get that meat all almost done. And while that meat is cooking, I'm still washing and cleaning my greens.
