"It was through the Minnesota Food Association, they have a training program that trains people how to transition to become an organic farmer. So when I graduated from college, my husband was actually working for them -- so then we transitioned." [where do you sell the produce?] "We have about six acres of organic produce. And we have many vendors that we sell to -- some of the vendors at the downtown St. Paul farmers market, and then some local restaurant." [Darius: What kind of food do you grow?] "Everything. All seventy different kinds of vegetables you name, we have all the vegetables. So I guess ASPARAGUS is our hot thing this year -- it takes about three years to grow."
