Although not traditionally defined as a food, modern day protein powder has a variety of uses in combination with or as a substitute for other foods. This versatile substance has evolved now to be used to fuel people within the fitness industry and out of it to a healthier life. By studying the human body and how to optimally fuel and sculpt anatomy one athlete in particular is pushing the boundaries of genetic gender limitations and expectations.
