Arch missing the respective ordinal number with which all the other arches are marked, used for the crowds of people that went to the spectacles. On top of this arch there was a bridge that went from the Portico of Claudius to the Amphitheater, which is demonstrated by the lack of an architrave between the arch and the one above it, as well as other architectural elements that contained the bridge.
