Remove Meal Plan Requirments

This approach would allow for students to make the consensus decision on whether they want to pay for the convenience of the dining services or would rather purchase food else where and form a budget for themselves. This solution allows for the students and families not concerned about the price to still purchase the meal plan at CWRU's desired price. The students and families that are concerned would be given the option to save money and form a budget and plan about obtaining food off campus. Students at CWRU are capable at learning and adapting which would have to occur for one to budget there own food. This solution would be easy to put into effect as all CWRU has to do is change their meal plan policy and eliminate the requirements.
