Birds

This tag captures all extended or significant references to birds in the collected poems. The tag almost completely overlaps with the "nature" tag. This theme came to my recognition organically, and stood out as a notable subtheme within nature, which does a lot of metaphorical work in these poems. Crows are frequently scene, as beings of mischief, and other types of birds frequently appear as symbols of majesty or beauty.
