Chapter 1 "Hypomnema"

That day after school, my mother asked me to buy vegetables. I went back into the busy market of farmers' markets, and for a moment, the sound of cries and haggling came into my ear. Soon, I have bought a big basket of vegetables; only the tomato has not bought. So I went to a tomato stall. The peddler was selling the tomatoes to his customers. The red waistcoat he was wearing made him hilarious, and I was not happy about it. However, the tomatoes on his board were fresh, and they were put in order. I picked a few and put on the weighing scale; the peddler mentioned the pole for a look, and said to me: "ouch, so coincidental, exactly two pounds!" Then, he twisted the rod and showed it to me. I thought to myself: who knows what you're saying? I paid the money without looking. The young man put the tomatoes one by one into my blue basket, said: "My friend, go slowly!" But I didn't look back. "The friend in the red coat, wait!" Suddenly, I heard a calling from the man behind me. Thus, I looked back; he was the tomato vendor, and he was annoying! I ignored him and continued my walk. Then, the "red waistcoat" a big walk over the boarding car, and he ran to me: "small friend, I'm sorry, just now, I misjudged the scale, it should be one pound and a half, this money is your finds. " While he said, and he handed me fifty cents. I stared at the young man in front of me. Was that what people often say about vendors? Weren't they trying to make more money or anything? I was just about to speak when the vendor returned to his stall and sold it. He was still laughing, but I could not laugh, he warmed in my heart, and I felt ashamed. Why do people have so much fortification, so much rejection, and suspicion? Just rumor, it is unfair to treat all businessmen as people who are not serious about money. I looked up at the peddler in the red waistcoat, who was still selling and laughing.
His laughter made me understand that we must respect ourselves first, to be self-respecting; to be ashamed of ourselves; to have some requirements and constraints on ourselves. And then you know how to respect others. If I looked back when the vendor called me, If I did not put my prejudices on him, or be courteous when he showed the rod to me, I would not feel that much guilty as I felt right now. Finally, I acknowledge that to get along with people is learning and art. In this vast world, the way of life is different. In the communication, some people are honest. Some people are straightforward; some people are generous; some people are stingy; some people are insidious; some people are crafty; some people are hard on others, and some people are very tolerant through time verification. I think it is essential to get along with others. It means demeanor, feelings, and temperament. It is the symbol of knowledge and talent, also the embodiment of the experience. People will deposit an open-minded, to identify and understand each other, even can make the person remorse and repentance. From inadvertently hurt, open-minded is generous, forgiveness,  and tolerance. Open-minded is such a kind of loving acceptance. So if I want to live happily, be happy every day, I should live in harmony with people, more tolerance, more understanding, and more care.
