Reflection

• The teachers utilizing the PD Group at their schools have been able to increase the personalization of their instructional support and have improved the collaboration with their fellow teachers and staff members.

Next Steps 

• Teacher Led Collaboration through the school’s PD Group can be utilized in tandem with the school’s PD Course (Please see Demo PD Course Access Code: KXCBQ-ZB5QJ) and our district’s Professional Learning opportunities to create a support system that is educator led.
