21st Century Teacher Led Collaboration and Support
PARTNERS IN TEACHING AND LEARNING
Historically, teachers and staff have limited opportunities to collaborate other than during PD time or formal observations. The Professional Development Group is currently being implemented in several of our schools.The PD Group allows teachers and staff to collaborate and support each other 24/7 in professional growth and a continuous improvement cycle of instruction. All teachers, counselors, administrators, staff and community partners are invited to collaborate by sharing promising practices and instructional resources that will benefit all students. As partners, all stakeholders work together to support the school’s vision and mission helping to ensure that all students are college and career ready for the 21st century.
