This chapter has provided an overview of the diverse Latino community in New York. Not only did we discuss the immigration patterns of Latinos into New York City neighborhoods but we also explored the cultural impact of Latinos to their urban environment and the issues that the community has faced and continues to face today.
Although, it is hard to predict what will become of the Latino community of New York City in the future; it is needless to say that Latino influence is growing and will probably continue to grow all around the United States.
