Sept 10 Walked to British Mus. + spent 2 hours there in A.M. In P.M. Mother N. + I called on Miss Spenser + her niece + spent 2 hours. Dined in restaurant + went to Kingsway Theater + saw "A Great Adventure" by Arnold Bennett. Good + well acted. Also called on the Chadwicks in afternoon but they were out. Sept 11 Rained most of morning Clear in P.M. Jep + I spent A.M. at South Kensington. Saw only 1/2 the ground floor in 2 hours. The ladies shopped After lunch in res. Ladies + I went to Scala Theater + saw Kinaemacolor pictures of military maneuvers of all countries + war scenes in Belgium. Coloring poor.
