My name is Olivia Kirke and I am a third year marketing major with a minor through the Weber Honors College. I hope to have a career in social media or digital marketing once I graduate in the winter of 2019. Over the summer, I was a sales and marketing intern for MetLife which was an amazing learning experience (The photo I included was the view outside from my desk).
I am interested in this class because it definitely looked the most interesting out of all the options provided. Also, my aunt and her family also lived in Sicily for 7 years at the US naval base. She is very passionate about the Italian culture and I wanted to relate to her love of the country more.
While I do not have experience with international immigration, I internally migrated to San Diego State University from Scottsdale, Arizona.
