Once Upon a time there lived a mighty young king named Dorian. He had the larger kingdom ver known to man, and his kingdom prided itself on its music. 

It had many instruments, singers, and styles.

One day Dorian wrote a song to symbolize the love he had for his people, but he realized there was no way for him to share it because everyone wrote and read music differently. He then became determined to standardize notation for all of his people.
