Late Assignments
In the event of a family or medical emergency, please notify me ASAP and be prepared to provide me a DOCUMENTED excuse. Without such an excuse—even if you wrote me in advance—any late papers will receive deductions as follows:
- 1 day late = Two-grade penalty (A drops to a B+)
- 2 days late = Four-grade penalty (A drops to a B-)
- 3 days late = Six-grade penalty (A drops to a C)
- 4 days late = Eight-grade penalty (A drops to a D+)
- Anything beyond 4 days late is an automatic FAIL, resulting in an automatic FAIL of the course.
