Introduction
Eugenic Rubicon: California’s Sterilization Stories is a multidisciplinary collaboration among Arizona State University, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and University of Michigan and that includes historical demography and epidemiology, digital storytelling, data visualization, and the construction of interactive digital platforms. This project combines rigorous methods in public health and history and creative approaches to digital humanities, and foregrounds commitments to social and reproductive justice.
