Thomas Bennington Barlow was born in New York City on 11 March 1864, the son of James Bennington and Caroline (Foster) Barlow. He received his Bachelor's degree in 1889, was ordained to the priesthood in 1894 by Bishop Seymour. He married Marie Dubois. He served as rector of St. Paul's La Porte from 1895 to 1899. He moved from there to Butler, Pennsylvania, where he served in 1900. He died in Niles, Ohio, on 24 September 1928.
