Graham was born in Dublin, Ireland, on 28 January 1860. He was educated at Dublin University, where he received Bachelor's and Master's Degrees, and began his career in Kells, Ireland, from 1883 to 1885. He immigrated to the United States in 1887 and took a post as an assistant at St. George's Church in New York City.. He left there in 1889 for Christ Church, Poughkeepsie, and then in 1890 to Christ Church in Baltimore, where he remained until 1892. He then moved to Columbus, Ohio, to take charge of the Church of the Good Shepherd. He arrived in Indiana in 1903 to become rector of St. John's Elkhart, where he remained until 1906. He then moved to Rhode Island to take charge of St. Paul's Church in Wickford, and while there married Isabel Homer Pegram on 15 October 1908 in Providence. He became rector of St. Paul's in Narragansett from 1908 to 1912, and in 1920 was enumerated in Norwich, Connecticut. His date of death is not known.
